Short version: this site collects almost nothing about you. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, and nothing to fill out. When you buy the guide, that purchase happens on Etsy or Gumroad, and they handle your payment and contact details under their own privacy policies.

Who we are

"Voice Actor HQ" ("we," "us") operates the website at voiceactorhq.com and publishes the digital guide The Ultimate Voice Actor's Reference. This policy explains what information is involved when you visit the site or buy the guide.

What this site is

voiceactorhq.com is an informational landing page. It describes the guide and links you out to the marketplaces where you can buy it. The website itself does not process payments, host a store account, or ask you to submit personal information.

Information we collect

• Visit analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand overall traffic — for example, how many people visit and which pages they read. This does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.
• If you email us. When you write to hello@voiceactorhq.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to you.
• Purchases. Buying the guide happens on Etsy or Gumroad. Those platforms collect the information needed to complete and deliver your order (such as your name, email, and payment details) under their own privacy policies. We may receive limited order information from them so we can deliver your file and provide support.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The marketplaces and payment processors you use at checkout may set their own cookies on their own pages — see their policies for details.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to deliver the guide, respond to questions and support requests, and understand general site traffic so we can improve the page. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We rely on a small number of service providers, each handling only what their role requires:
