These terms cover your use of voiceactorhq.com and the digital guide The Ultimate Voice Actor's Reference. By using the site or buying the guide, you agree to them. Please read the parts about the license, refunds, and guarantees — they matter.

The product

The Ultimate Voice Actor's Reference is a digital PDF: a city-by-city directory of the U.S. voice-over industry, compiled from public and researched sources. It is sold and delivered through Etsy and Gumroad as an instant download.

Your license

When you buy the guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may read it, print a copy for yourself, and use the information to pursue voice-over work.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, republish, or otherwise make the guide or its contents available to others, in whole or in part, whether free or for payment. The directory and its compilation are protected by copyright.

Intellectual property

The guide, this website, and their text, design, and arrangement are owned by Voice Actor HQ and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Buying the guide does not transfer ownership — only the personal-use license described above.

Purchases, payment & delivery

All purchases are made through Etsy or Gumroad, which act as the merchants for the transaction. Their terms, payment processing, and delivery systems govern your order. Your file is delivered digitally by the platform after purchase.

Refunds

Because the guide is an instant digital download, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the description carefully before you buy. The only exception is a problem with the file itself — if it won't download, arrives corrupted, or doesn't reach you, email hello@voiceactorhq.com and we'll fix it or send you a working copy. Where a marketplace's policy or applicable law requires a refund, that still applies.

Accuracy and no guarantees

The directory is compiled from publicly available and researched information and is provided "as is." Listings such as agencies, rates, contacts, and resources change over time. We re-verify links at publication, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate, complete, or current. Always confirm details directly with each agency or resource before acting on them.

Not professional advice — and no income guarantee

The guide is informational. It is not career, legal, financial, or professional advice. Voice Actor HQ does not guarantee that you will obtain representation, auditions, bookings, work, or income of any kind. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, and timing.

The guide and site reference third-party companies, agencies, and resources by name for identification and informational purposes only. This does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those parties. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For purchases, the terms of the marketplace where you bought the guide (Etsy or Gumroad) also apply.
